Laugh your way to stress relief with this video during Christmas

One of the best ways to give yourself a great holiday season is to be sure to laugh. If laughter is not typical during your holiday season find ways to bring this stress reliever in. It’s a great guest during the holidays.
1. Rent your favorite funny movies, make an afternoon or evening out of watching your favorite funny movies.
Here’s one to get you started.
It could turn into a great new tradition.
2. Watch a great stand up act
For a period in my life I forgot just how funny a good stand up comedian can be. I started looking for funny routines and have laughed my way back to stress relief. I found some great comedians on cable, as well as the internet.
3. Make a game out of finding the funniest you tube video to watch with friends and family then vote for your favorite
Here is one I stumbled across recently that had me laughing out loud. I had to show it to my husband, friends and family so that they could enjoy the humor as well.
During a break from college make sure you find a way to include laughter, you’ll not regret it.
It’s amazing how good an great laugh can make you feel. There is nothing like it.
